Gurpreet is a Grade 8 Concert Pianist who somehow wandered from playing notes to chasing electrons. After years of producing, recording, mixing, and mastering music on some of the world's finest gear (SSL, Neve, Manley, Crane Song, Weiss, TC Electronic, and many more), he developed a habit of asking, “What if this sounded just a little better?”

That question turned into years of experimenting with transformers, tubes, transistors, capacitors, ICs, and just about anything that could influence tone. Today, he spends his time designing analog equipment, customising sonic signatures, and proving that every component has a personality of its own.

He still trusts his ears more than the datasheet. Most of the time, they're right.

When the rest of the team calls it a day, Ishaan is usually just getting started.

A software engineer by profession and an engineer by curiosity, Ishaan is the driving force behind PatchWorks Audio's digital ecosystem. From DSP algorithms and plugin architecture to the occasional “I've got an idea…” at 2 AM, he's always exploring new ways to make audio tools smarter, faster, and more intuitive.

Equal parts curious and inquisitive, he's rarely satisfied with the first solution. If there's a better way to write it, optimise it, or futureproof it, he'll probably find it.

A certified night owl, powered by curiosity, caffeine, and just enough sleep to compile the next big idea.

Sarabjit is living proof that measuring twice is sometimes still not enough.

He's the mechanical engineer who somehow convinces oversized PCBs, transformers, and impossible ideas to peacefully coexist inside beautifully crafted enclosures. If you've ever wondered, “How did they fit all that in there?” He's probably smiling.

When he's not redesigning chassis for the tenth time, you'll find him cycling, riding motorcycles, climbing mountains, or carrying a camera almost as expensive as his bicycle.

His greatest engineering tool isn't CAD.It's optimism.

Aman is the reason nothing leaves the workshop after just one test. Or two. Usually not even five.

A classically trained pianist who plays several instruments, he studied Piano and Orchestration at Trinity College London before diving into the world of music production, analog synthesis, and sound design. Having worked at YRF and Studio Skull under the mentorship of acclaimed composer and sound designer Daniel B. George, he brings a musician's instinct and a producer's scrutiny to every product.

Whether it's hardware or a plugin, Aman approaches every prototype the same way: play it, push it, question it, and then ask for one more test.

If it survives Aman, it's probably ready for the world.

A third generation musician and engineer, Anhad has spent the last five years immersed in music production, recording, and the endless pursuit of better sound. As an independent musician, freelance producer, and engineer, he understands the creative process from both sides of the studio.

While he officially wears the CEO hat, his real talent lies in remembering absolutely everything, especially the tiny details everyone else forgot. Clients quickly discover that once Anhad commits something to memory, there's no escaping it.

Known for his calm demeanour and perfectly timed sarcasm, he keeps projects moving while ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. Somewhere between discussing circuit revisions and production schedules, he's also responsible for keeping the team's coffee cups full.

A singer by profession and a studio owner, Shubham believes great conversations are just as important as great equipment. Whether you're choosing your first compressor, discussing plugin workflows, or geeking out over analog gear, he's always happy to talk shop.

As the first point of contact, he makes sure every client feels heard, understood, and supported long after the purchase. Equal parts problem solver and people person, he has an uncanny ability to turn technical discussions into friendly conversations.
